Our client is a well-established Accounting and Advisory firm experiencing a period of strategic growth. As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking to bring additional leadership into the team to support continued growth.
This is a unique need for a Tax Advisory Partner to work with owner-managed businesses, PE-backed businesses, high-growth and corporates across Scotland on corporate tax and personal tax. Ultimately you should have an appetite to grow a client base with support from senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a client attraction and business development strategy
- Execute plans to grow the tax practice and expand market share
- Mentor, coach, and develop senior tax talent, building a strong talent pipeline
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, innovation and continuous improvement
Experience/skills needed
- Significant experience as a senior tax professional in practice/professional services
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to lead on complex tax matters
- Demonstrable track record of developing teams and driving growth of a tax portfolio
